Trustlink International Limited was incorporated in 2000 in the Republic of Mauritius as a private limited Company and is licensed by the Financial Services Commission as a trust & corporate service provider to international private clients and companies undertaking major cross-border business operations.
Trustlink is an independent and privately- owned trust company. It is not affiliated with any bank, securities firm or financial institution. Being independent allows us to respond quickly to changing situations and to provide flexible client focused solutions. Our independence enables us to select and recommend complementary service providers such as banks, investment managers/advisers through objectively reviewing their strengths to ensure that our overall approach and level of service remains flexible yet secure. TIL is headed by a team of UK qualified Accountants, lawyers and Corporate Secretaries who are conversant with all the administrative, compliance and regulatory requirements and has an administrative support personnel of 17 experienced professionals who operates under three divisions i corporate & trust formation, secretarial services, and client accounting services.
The Company evolved out of a long established joint venture between South African and Mauritian lawyers who were advising private and corporate clients in international tax based investments and commercial transactions.
By structuring ourselves as a Management Company, we are now able to provide a broader range of services which covers all aspects of fiduciary and trusteeship services and private wealth management to international clients.
Our open-minded approach, service excellence and commitment supported by the use of advanced information systems, have helped to establish Trustlink as one of the leading providers of offshore financial services.
Our clients include major banking organizations, trust companies, law firms, accountants, tax advisors and other professional advisors located in Europe, South Africa and Asia.
