SB 5 Zoning Amendment
8.1 Consider Adoption of a Resolution Recommending the City Council Amend the Zoning Ordinance, Title 17 of the Lathrop Municipal Code, to address the requirements of California Senate Bill 5 (2007) and associated legislation related to provision of 200-year flood protection to California urban areas.
Environmental Status: The proposed zoning amendment is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15308, Actions by regulatory agencies for protection of the environment.

South Lathrop Commerce Center Site Plan Review
9.1 Planning Commission to consider:
Adopt a Resolution approving the Site Plan Review for the South Lathrop Commerce Center. The proposal includes the construction of six (6) concrete tilt-up buildings totaling approximately 4.5 million square feet of speculative industrial warehouse space located within the 315 acre South Lathrop Specific Plan area, south of State Route 120, east of the San Joaquin River.
Environmental Status: The environmental impacts of the SLSP project were addressed in a certified Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 2013012064) adopted by the Lathrop City Council on July 20, 2015 by passage of Resolution No. 15-3963).
